A new support ticket can be opened by any of the following methods:


Email

Send an email to support@pyramidsolutions.com.  A ticket will be automatically created from the content and subject of the email.


Support Web-Site

Navigate to https://pyramidsolutions.freshdesk.com

It is recommended to login, for auto-completed fields to be filled in.

Click on the Login link in the top right corner of page.

Fill in user name and password and click on Login

Click on the Home tab


Click on New Support Ticket


Fill in the details and click Submit.
